Buenos Aires es una de las ciudades más impactantes de Latino América. Cada uno de sus 47 barrios tiene su propia historia. Diferente de muchas ciudades Sudamericanas, donde la arquitectura revela principalmente una fuerte influencia colonial Española, Buenos Aires posee una mezcla de estilos arquitectónicos. Altos edificio de apartamentos conviven con casas del Siglo 19th.

La visita llevará a los invitados a conocer, entre otros, la Plaza de Mayo – cuna de la independencia donde se encuentra la Casa Rosada, sede del Gobierno, desde donde Evita Perón arengó al pueblo.
También se visitará La Boca – el antiguo puerto donde miles de inmigrantes arribaron de Europa en busca de una nueva vida; Palermo y La Recoleta, áreas de aire distinguido; el Teatro Colón, una de las casas de ópera de más renombre en el mundo. La ciudad “que nunca duerme” sorprenderá a los visitantes!

A fascinating tour of the elegant turn-of- the-century neighborhoods that earned Buenos Aires the soubriquet of the Paris of South America. From the colourful Caminito Street in La Boca, the charming cobbled alleys and colonial architecture of San Telmo along to the Plaza de Mayo, dominated by the Casa Rosada (Government House in pink), the Nación Bank, the Cathedral and original Parliament House, up the leafy Avenida de Mayo towards the imposing grandeur of the Palace of Congress and then on to finish at the elegant district of Recoleta, home to haute-cuisine and haute-couture alike as well as the famous cemetery where the country’s founding fathers and patrician families lie in style, including Eva Perón.

A sólo 30 km de la Capital, el puerto del Tigre es uno de los accesos a este área geográfica única conocida como el Delta del Río Paraná, un grupo de islas y canales con un atractivo paisaje natural, ideal para le recreación, remo y deportes acuáticos. El tour se inicia en un hotel céntrico a determinar. De camino a Tigre se visita en bus la zona norte aledaña a la ciudad de Buenos Aires, haciendo si el tiempo lo permite una parada en el centro San Isidro. Más tarde se llega a Tigre para embarcar en una lancha de madera, tradicional de esta zona, para navegar por el Delta (aprox. 50 minutos)

La navegación permitirá conocer de cerca el Delta, la vida de los isleños con sus mercadillos flotantes, escuelas y clubes de remo. Luego de la navegación, regresamos en trayecto corto al puerto de Tigre. Opcional si el tiempo lo permite, se puede visitar el Puerto de Frutos. Regreso al hotel de origen en la ciudad de Buenos Aires en transporte terrestre.

Just 30km from the Capital, the city port of Tigre is the gateway to the geographical area known as the Delta of Paraná River, which is formed by thousands of islands and canals that will show an attractive and unique natural landscape, ideal for recreation, and water sports. Here many Rowing clubs and historical buildings can be observed. The brown colour of the river is given by its iron component that comes from the Amazonian Jungle, up in Brazil.

We will board a vessel (traditional wooden style) for a 50 minute river cruise. We will have time for relaxing and contemplating this unique natural landscape, one of the largest deltas in the world. Return to Buenos Aires by ground transfer.

Saliendo por la mañana del hotel en aproximadamente una hora y cuarto se llega a una tradicional estancia cercana a la localidad de Los Cardales, en pleno corazón de la Pampa Argentina, famosa por su extensión y por poetas que cuentan las andanzas y tradiciones del Gaucho – el pionero habitante y hombre nómade del campo Argentino, mítica figura hoy personificada en los peones y ayudantes en las Estancias.

Al llegar a la Estancia, seremos escoltados hasta el Casco de la misma. Una vez allí, se le ofrecerá una bienvenida con bebida y “empanadas” (bocadillos tradicionales del campo Argentino). Habrá tiempo libre para recorrer las instalaciones, visitar el museo, observación de aves o simplemente disfrutar del campo

Se ofrecerá un completo asado criollo con carnes variadas y ensaladas, acompañado de vino de la casa y gaseosas. Llegando al fin del almuerzo disfrutaremos de un show con música y baile folklórico en vivo, y demostración de boleadoras. Todo esto en un gran clima donde los invitados están libres de participar.

Después de almorzar, se ofrecerá a los visitantes una demostración de destreza criolla con destrezas y juegos típicos del campo y a caballo

Por la tarde y antes de emprender el regreso, se servirán pastelitos criollos y otras delicias caseras.

 

An amazing journey into the pampas, where the famous beef is produced!
After approx 1 hour drive (listening to all the interesting information imparted by the guide) we arrive to the estancia, which is a typical colonial farmhouse that has been completely recycled and refurnished, with distinct family atmosphere.

After arriving at the estancia and sampling the traditional empanadas (meat pasties which are either oven-baked or deep fried) there will be time at leisure to explore the facilities & museum of the Estancia.

After this, you may visit the grounds on foot or take the opportunity to ride round on horseback, enjoying the comfortable sheepskin cushioning the saddle with the reins resting in one hand. Horse-carriage rides are another opportunity to stroll around. The gaucho riding style has developed over the centuries with comfort as the main priority as they spent –and still do- many hours in the saddle, buckling their blankets, sheepskins and ponchos over the saddle to be used as sleeping mat and blanket at night. The very pace of the horse itself is gentle, with a particular easy loping canter which both horse and rider can keep up for hours if necessary.
After a short ride, lunch is served at long trestle tables where everybody sits down together to enjoy the famous asado with slabs of tasty beef and ribs roasted slowly over a charcoal or wood fire, preceded by chorizo sausages or morcilla (black sausage).

While eating, the gauchos invite you to share in some of their time-honoured customs of folksong and dance. Wearing the typical bombacha de campo -the cuffed pleated trousers- calf-length boots and wide leather belt, the gauchos dance opposite their chinas who swirl from side to side in their long ruffled dresses, in a display of courtship and chivalry.
After lunch, an impressive show of the skills that are in fact part and parcel of the gaucho’s animal- herding job, combining precision with speed

La cena incluye 3 platos que se eligen en el momento, bebidas y vinos.
